I love podcast. I listen to them every single day of the week. One day I was listening to one of my faves and thought to myself, “self, you can do this. You should start a podcast!”
So I took my advice (I give really good advice on most days) and I created the podcast to represent me and what I needed most.
Since turning 40, I’ve been really thinking about how much it means to me to know so many amazing, powerful women in their 40s and beyond who openly share about their journeys of aging gracefully and not so gracefully. That is the heart of my new podcast, “THIS IS 40.”
Each week, we will gather from every corner of the internets to chat about all things life in our 40s. We are going to talk about family, finances, faith, friendship (I really like alliteration), politics, love, career, self care, and everything in between! Remember, we’re grown in here, so topic is off limits.
If you are at all like me, you’ve had some crazy ideas about what it meant to be 40. You might have even dreaded its arrival. It is my hope that each week, you learn to love the life you live a little more and your vision of what it means to live a radiant, thriving, juicy life expands beyond what you ever thought was possible.
