Am I doing enough? Am I giving enough? Do I know enough? Am I enough?* * The answer is simultaneously yes and no to the first three questions. Life has a beautiful rhythm of ebbs and flows where some seasons call for high activity and some call for rest. But whatever the season, the truth of you being enough is irrefutable. You are enough. In your desire to be better or stronger or smarter or more ... you are still enough. * * So spread your wings and give yourself the freedom to soar knowing all the while that you are free to change, evolve, and rest at any moment.   • Some days it is so challenging to adult. Between all of the meetings, projects, and obligations, it can be a lot! Whenever I feel myself starting to get annoyed (this is my annoyed face by the way), I know i need to take a step back and remember not only my humanness, but that of those I’m interacting with at the moment. * * Being annoyed is easy. Our emotions love to be in control of us instead of us being in control of them. But when we lead with our emotions we can be irrational, defensive, and down right mean. * * If this is you more often than you care to admit, make a decision to adjust. We all need adjustments from time to time to keep us aligned with our vision of who we are and how we want to authentically show up in the world. Take your moment to step away, breathe, and remember you are human and you felt human emotion but you are not ruled by it. You can show up differently.
