Since turning 40, I’ve been really thinking about how much it means to me to know so many amazing, powerful women in their 40s and beyond. These women openly share about their journeys of aging gracefully and not so gracefully. That is the heart of my new podcast, “THIS IS 40.”
Each week, we will gather from every corner of the internets to chat about all things life in our 40s. We are going to talk about family, finances, faith, friendship (I really like alliteration), politics, love, career, self care, and everything in between! Remember, we’re grown in here, so topic is off limits.
