aw, the start of a new year always brings the promise of great things to come. and who doesn’t want great things to come? most people make new years resolutions and vow to achieve goals that have gone unachieved year after year. but this year could be the year. this year could be different! i hope it is for you. i hope you make your life a reflection of what you want and not what you don’t want. we actually have the power to do that. but that’s best left for another post. this post is all about ringing in the new year and opening yourself to the promise of great things to come!
for the second year in a row i spent my evening at lucid jazz lounge. you guys know that’s my spot. love hanging out there. anyway, the band was great and i enjoyed myself and the drinks and the crowd. my girl and i danced, laughed, people watched and toasted to an amazing 2012. i’m excited. but here are a few photos of the evening so you can feel part of the celebration too!
